HOW DO I ORDER?

How to place an order?

Any order placed through the NoCalc.ro website has contractual value and implies acceptance of the terms and conditions of use.

Placing the order is done by selecting the desired products from NoCalc.ro and adding them to the Cart. The order must be confirmed by the Customer, after checking the correctness of the contents of the shopping basket, by using the "Finalize" button.

The invoice will be sent electronically to the email address provided by the customer. Please ensure that the email address and phone number you have provided are correct and accessible.

How to create and delete a user account?

To place an order on our website, you have the option of creating a user account by completing the electronic registration form, available via the "My Account" button. This is not a mandatory condition. Placing the order can also be done by phone.

How can I track an order?

You can find out the status of your order and whether it has been approved by following the steps: Account > Orders. To check the delivery status of your order, open the shipping confirmation you received by email and click on the tracking link. For each package that is shipped to you, you receive a shipping confirmation, including a link to track the shipment. If you have already entered your phone number when placing the order, you will also receive an SMS from the courier before delivery.

How can I change or cancel the order?
If you have changed your mind after placing an order, you have the right to cancel it directly from your customer account, the "Orders" section. You should know that you can cancel an order online, from your account, until the AWB is created for the courier. If you notice that the AWB for the courier is created, you can contact us through our support service, and we will send the cancellation of the delivery to the courier. You can also refuse the order when you are contacted by the courier. If you have already placed an order and wish to drop certain products or add new ones, you can do so until the order is invoiced, through our support service. After canceling a card transaction, the issuing bank will unlock the blocked amount in the customer's account within 1-30 days, depending on its policy.
What is the wishlist?

A Wishlist is a collection of your favorite products. The main function of the wish list is to give users the opportunity to save the products they are most interested in, so that they do not lose them and have to search for them again. It is a resource used in digital marketing by e-commerce to provide a better experience to its users by allowing the customer to show interest in a product without the immediate need to purchase it.

HOW DO I PAY?

What payment methods do I have?

To pay for the ordered products, you have several options: payment with a Visa, MasterCard or Maestro bank card, payment via Internet Banking or payment order. Online card payment is made using the Plăți Online service. To make safe online payments you must activate your cards in the "3D Secure" system. Each bank has its own "3D Secure" card activation procedures, in order to pay online with your personal or company card, in complete safety.

How are the ordered products delivered?

Deliveries will be made, on average, within 2-5 days from the moment of order confirmation and/or payment confirmation if applicable. The delivery term may change depending on the time of registration of the payment.

If the product will not be delivered within the above-mentioned term, the customer will be informed, by email or SMS, about the new delivery term of the order. The new term will not exceed 30 days from the order confirmation date.

NoCalc.ro is not responsible for the late delivery of the products, if this is due to the courier company through which they were sent.

What warranty do the delivered products have?

All goods sold by NoCalc.ro benefit from warranty conditions according to the legislation in force and the commercial policies of the sellers and manufacturers. The goods are new, in the original packaging, and come from sources authorized by each individual manufacturer. The product warranty is stipulated in the warranty certificate with which the product was delivered and is guaranteed by the manufacturer.

What should I do if I receive a damaged or wrong product?

If the ordered product is damaged, misdelivered or has a manufacturing defect, you can request a replacement or a refund within 15 calendar days of receiving it. If you have paid for the products by card, the money will be returned as soon as the product arrives in our warehouse. If you paid with another payment method, you can contact us through our support service to provide you with a solution. If you have not paid for the refused package, you can register a new order. NoCalc.ro guarantees the replacement and/or acceptance of the return of products that do not conform to the description on the website within 14 calendar days of their delivery.

How to return a product?
The customer has the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 calendar days, without the need for motivation. The withdrawal period expires 14 calendar days from the date of purchase. If the ordered product does not correspond to the presentation on the website or has manufacturing defects, you can request its replacement or the return of its value.
